Introduce a new "Rich Text" block type for Markdown text formatting

It'd be nice if we could use standard markdown format for text, especially since the keyboard shorcuts don't work in firefox.

I would love to see this in any Help section, making it flow with existing features and making it less janky if I want to include rich help sections. I'm specifically looking at bold and italics for PbtA style games, where such blocks need additional components such as checkboxes and numbers
